“This is the second painting in my yearly series. I asked AI ‘What is the ultimate painting for the coming year?’ and create a painting from its prompts. For 2026, I was given a long list of suggestions including: ‘warm, earthy-neutral colour palette’, the title ‘Regeneration After Disruption, and four different art styles including post-AI expressionism, sculptural canvases, ultra-slow, handcrafted art and mixed media.
